KVKK Privacy Notice
This privacy notice has been prepared by the data controller Avukat Çağatay KISA Hukuk Bürosu pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), in order to inform visitors of the website at https://www.cagataykisa.av.tr and users of its contact and appointment forms.

2. Legal Basis and Method of Collection
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on the website, on the legal bases set out in KVKK art. 5/2-c (processing necessary for the establishment of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
3. Transfer
Your form data is assessed solely within the Firm and is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Data may be stored on the servers of our service providers (hosting and email infrastructure) under contractual safeguards.
4. Retention Period
Form records are retained for a maximum of 2 years from the resolution of the request; transaction security records are retained for the period prescribed by Law No. 5651.
