About Online Consultation

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, contact us; all your questions are answered at the first consultation.

After you fill in the appointment form, we call you to agree on a suitable time. A video meeting link is sent to you before the appointment. You can share the relevant documents by email or WhatsApp beforehand.

The consultation fee is based on the Istanbul Bar Association's recommended tariff and is communicated clearly before the meeting, subject to your approval. If you later retain us for your case, the consultation fee can be deducted from the retainer fee.

You can have a power of attorney issued at the Turkish consulate in your country of residence. In some countries, an apostilled notarial power of attorney is also valid. During the meeting, we identify the fastest route for your specific country together.

For consultation and case assessment, yes. When your documents are shared in advance, the meeting is highly productive. During litigation, hearings and site inspections are in any case conducted by your lawyer on site; your physical presence is rarely required.
