About Us
Çağatay KISA, Attorney at Law
Member of the Istanbul Bar Association. For 3+ years he has managed litigation and advisory matters for individuals and companies in Büyükçekmece, Beylikdüzü and Esenyurt.
Our Approach
When you face a legal problem, what you need is a lawyer who tells you clearly what to expect, takes ownership of the process and stands by you at every stage. Our firm was founded on that need.
Before a case is accepted, every file is assessed in terms of legal basis, evidence, timeline and cost. A written roadmap is prepared for every accepted case, and the client is kept informed at every critical step of the process. Pre-hearing preparation meetings, sharing draft pleadings with the client and regular case reporting are our working standard.
Litigation is not always the only option. Settlement and amicable resolution are considered in every case; we recommend whichever solution is fastest and most economical for you.
Legal Education
After completing his law degree, he finished his legal traineeship under the Istanbul Bar Association.
Legal Practice
Since 2023, he has been handling litigation in family, criminal, employment, enforcement and real estate law from his Esenyurt-based office.
Working Principles
The Values That Set Us Apart
Honesty
We will not tell you 'we will win' in a case with poor prospects. Realistic assessment is the foundation of our professional ethics.
Accessibility
Not being able to reach their lawyer is clients' most common complaint. By phone, WhatsApp and online meetings, we are always within reach.
Continuous Development
Legislation and case law change constantly. Our files are prepared with up-to-date Court of Cassation (Yargıtay) decisions and doctrinal research.
Local Knowledge
Full command of the workings of the Büyükçekmece Courthouse, the practice of the regional courts and local dynamics.
